Petable is a center that is in direct response to the growing number of homeless animals every year as well as the overcrowding of animal shelters, the widespread lack of understanding of how to properly protect pets, and the owners who have nowhere else to turn when circumstances back them into a corner.

The focus is slightly different at each level but the goal remains the same; to educate pet owners and save as many animals as we can. Petable houses 4 distinct programs of care:

Healing Hands: Healing Hands is the veterinary program put in place for our animals. This program is used for volunteer work of youth in the community who are interested in learning about Veterinary medicine. (COMING SOON)

Pals: Pals focuses on the basic everyday needs of our animals and is made up of mostly volunteers. This will include meals, playtime, cleaning the inside of the facility as well as outside where the dogs will use the bathroom, as well as any other basic necessities that may come up.

Wag For Me: Wag For Me is our training course that we put each and every dog through. This includes the basics as far as potty training, waiting for food while distributing, as well as other basic behavioral aspects. Everyone who works for Petable, volunteer or staff, is apart of the Wag For Me team. Wag For Me also serves as an opportunity for local pet owners to bring their dogs in for training classes. At Petable, we believe that an educated owner makes a happy pet.

Petreach: Petreach is our centralized outreach program which also incorporates the entirety of the Petable company. 

Our volunteer program offers growth within the company, incentives for those who go above and beyond to make our mission successful, and a chance to make a difference in an animals life.
