Harper's story was a sad start with a beautiful ending.​ He was found at a gas station in Arkansas and was obviously neglected based on the state he was in. He went on a road trip with one of our workers to southern Florida where, when partnered with a local shelter, was able to find his forever home with a little girl and her mother.
